About us

MedStride serves to make medical device innovation safer, faster, and more accessible by simplifying regulatory complexity. We help medical device manufacturers navigate EU MDR and UK MDR with clarity, efficiency, and confidence. We combine Notified Body experience with clinical and R&D insight to provide practical, grounded regulatory support.

The Founder

MedStride was founded by Dr Benyamin Rahmani, former Senior Technical & Clinical Reviewer and Scheme Manager at BSI, Europe’s leading Notified Body.

Dr Rahmani’s experience spans R&D labs, operating theatres, and business strategy — from developing novel heart valve technologies, to supporting organ transplant operations in the NHS, to studying strategy at London Business School.

Having worked with the world’s leading medical device companies and emerging innovators alike, he brings Notified Body insights, strategic perspective, and practical clarity to every engagement.
